Rite Care - Pittsburgh City Parks - Senior Interests Partnership (A Patient Care Practice through the Rite Aid Corporation in Partnership with the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy)

As a service of Rite Care, the Rite Aid Corporation Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Service in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, Rite Care pharmacists provide individualized MTM services to seniors who participate in eight Pittsburgh area senior centers.

Services

Rite Aid Pharmacists provide Medication Therapy Management Services to a senior citizens who participate in Pittsburgh City Parks-Senior Interests Programs.

Research

Current Research initiatives include documenting patient care outcomes of the service.

Student/Resident Participation

As an educational experience during rotations, P4 School of Pharmacy students, a community pharmacy resident, and a pharmacy practice resident will participate.
