University Diabetes Care Associates

University Diabetes care Associates (UDCA), located in Greensburg, PA, was one of the first pharmacist run diabetes care centers located in a community independent pharmacy.  UDCA is committed to providing patients with diabetes and their families with the highest quality of education, support, and tools necessary to increase quality of life and prevent diabetes related morbidity and mortality.  UDCA offers a wide range of services to patients and referring physicians including, diabetes education, medication therapy management services, medical nutrition therapy, exercise therapy and care plan development.

Student/Resident Participation

UDCA works closely with the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy by offering eight to ten Doctor of Pharmacy students and 1 Pharmacy Practice Resident the opportunity to perform an ambulatory care rotation.
