Current Research:
My research interests are in the areas of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics and clinical trial simulation. Recently, I obtained a year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in the clinical pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacology departments of Glaxo Wellcome and Wyeth. I have obtained experience performing pharmacokinetic analyses using both population (mixed effects and standard-2-stage) and individual approaches. During a research rotation with Dr. Reginald Frye, I developed a novel analytical procedure for drug quantification.
