Current Research:
My research focuses on characterizing the pre-clinical pharmacokinetic and drug metabolism parameters associated with the anti-neoplastic agent benzaldehyde dimethane sulfonate (BEN). This compound has shown efficacy against renal cell carcinoma both in vitro and in xenograft mice and has been selected for use as an anti-neoplastic agent in future phase I clinical trials.
