I majored in Pharmaceutical Science and my research interests are pharmaceutics and molecular imaging when I was an undergraduate at Fudan University. I am versatile because I was also really active in several student organizations and many activities.
Now I am a master student and have a change of research area to the bioinformatics and computational biology, in which I can fulfill my passions for maths and machine learning and my previous biological/pharmaceutical background is also needed. Although it's challenging to transfer from one area to another, I have learned a lot so far and I can sense my unlimited momentum.
Now I focus on identification of (1) lncRNAs that regulate the DNA damage response genes and pathways and mutation signatures of the human genome, and (2) lncRNAs that regulate the TP53 function.
