Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Pediatric Critical Care
Kelli Crowley earned her Bachelor of Science in 1991 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and her PharmD from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She has held her current position of clinical pharmacy specialist in the pediatric intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC since 2007. She has recently taken over the role of Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program.
Dr. Crowley also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in Pharmacy and Therapeutics at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Pharmacy and an Experiential Education Adjunct Instructor for the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy. She sits on multiple interdisciplinary hospital committees as well as being an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
