Shashi Sriram, a graduate student in Dr. Yong Tae Kwon's lab, has been selected to participate in the Gordon Research Conference (GRC) on Proteolytic Enzymes and Their Inhibitors, to be held in Lucca (Barga), Italy, on May 2-7, 2010. For more than 75 years, GRC has been considered among the world's premier scientific conferences, where leading investigators from around the world discuss their latest work and future challenges in a uniquely informal, interactive format. Attendance is by invitation only, and Sriram is the first student from the School of Pharmacy who will be attending a GRC.
