Step 2: The Application
Your Responsibilities

For all steps in the application process, it is your responsibility to follow all instructions and meet all deadlines. Failure to do so might result in your application being canceled. It is highly recommended that you apply early to ensure that all of your application materials are received by the December 1 deadline.

Preparing to Complete the Application

We recommend that you review the application process completely before entering data or filling out forms so that you're aware of all the information you need to gather and how much time the entire process will take.

PharmCAS will reopen the portal beginning December 15 to allow for fall term updates. At that time, you will need to submit an official transcript, which includes the fall term grades, to PharmCAS

NOTE: Currently enrolled University of Pittsburgh Applicants

If you are currently enrolled at UPJ, UPG, UPB, UPT, or the Oakland Campus, and have taken courses or will be taking courses at a different PITT campus, contact PharmCAS to make sure they are not waiting for separate transcripts.

The University of Pittsburgh will only send ONE transcript. Please reiterate to PharmCAS that there will only be one transcript even though you listed more than one University of Pittsburgh campus.
