Chris Chirdon is a Senior Program Implementation Specialist for the Northwest PA Veteran Suicide Prevention Program within Community Health Initiatives (CHI). He earned his Master of Education in Science Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Education, where he is pursuing a PhD in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education. Chris' background in project management, nonprofit management, and information technology informs his approach to new problems, where he often seeks to leverage IT to improve automation and collaboration. He has previously contributed to initiatives including the Overdose Reduction Technical Assistance Center (ORTAC) and Arnold Ventures' racial equity in prosecutorial decision-making grant.
