Emily Thompson is a PhD student in the Clinical Pharmaceutical Scientist program, working in Dr. Aaron Devanathan's laboratory. She earned her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy in 2026, and was recently appointed as a CTSI T32 Postdoctoral Fellow. Her primary research interests include antiretroviral clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and inflammatory lipid biomarkers in people living with HIV. When she's not in the lab, Emily loves to bake, check out new trails, cheer on her favorite Philly sports teams, and soak up the sun at the beach in the summertime!
