Executive Assistant to the Dean

Jackie is a seasoned executive assistant with extensive experience in higher education and graduate medical education. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Dean at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Pharmacy, Jackie is the initial point of contact for the Dean's office. Prior to this role, she was the Executive Assistant to the Provost at the University of Pittsburgh.

Jackie’s career also includes significant contributions at the UPMC Center for Sports Medicine, where she served as Sports Medicine Fellowship Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Medical Director. Her diverse experience is further enriched by her roles in academic admissions and development at Arizona State University and Troy University, where she managed admissions processes, coordinated faculty campaigns, and directed fundraising initiatives. Jackie began her career at Regis University, where she honed her skills in academic management and student services, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors in executive administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Dominican University.
