McKenna K Anderson

FY1 Pharmacoanalytics and Outcomes fellowship

Driven by a passion for natural products, research, and leadership, I have continually sought opportunities that allow me to integrate these interests into meaningful work. Throughout my pharmacy journey, I enjoy exploring evidence-based solutions through research and literature reviews, as well as contributing to the professional growth of others through mentorship and education. Leadership has also played a vital role in my development, allowing me to collaborate across disciplines, initiate impactful projects, and grow both personally and professionally. Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy staying active and creative. I also love to read, and have two cats. I chose this program due to its strong emphasis on medication safety research. The opportunity to train alongside inspiring mentors and a diverse cohort of professionals was a major draw. This year, I’m looking forward to expanding my clinical expertise, contributing to impactful research, and embracing new challenges that will help shape me into a well-rounded pharmacist and leader in the field.
