Melissa Diamint

PharmD-PhD Student

I am a current fourth year PharmD student (P4) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy with an area of concentration (ARCO) in Pharmaceutics research, and I am the first student accepted to the Pitt PharmD-PhD program. Under the mentorship of Dr. Lisa Cencia Rohan and Dr. Sravan Patel at the Magee Womens Research Institute in Pittsburgh PA, I am passionately studying women's health, infectious disease, and novel dosage form development. I plan to continue to combine clinical knowledge with pharmaceutical innovation to provide consistent, safe, and affordable care to patients globally. My academic interests include endometriosis, HIV, cervical cancer, and pharmaceutical formulation.
