I am a doctoral researcher in the Kim laboratory at the School of Pharmacy, University of Pittsburgh, studying ADP-ribosylation and genome stability. My work focuses on the allosteric regulation of PARP1 in response to DNA damage, using fluorescence polarization and TR-FRET assays to characterize protein–ligand interactions and the effects of clinically relevant PARP inhibitors.
