
In a recent article, Walter shared how his experiences as a first-generation college student and member of an under served community have shaped his mission to make pharmacy care more accessible, inclusive, and impactful. Through his work with the Grace Lamsam Pharmacy Program for the under served and the Birmingham Free Clinic, Walter is already putting that mission into action by providing care to patients who might otherwise go without. His journey has been supported in part by donor-funded scholarships, which has allowed him to focus on service and leadership.
