Dr. Yarabinec's research focuses on diversifying the experiences pharmacy students have during their IPPE and APPE rotations. Her long-term goal is to increase students' ability to competently care for diverse patient populations, ultimately helping to mitigate the effects of structural racism, homophobia, transphobia, and other biases within pharmacy and healthcare.
